Sr. Digital Business Analyst
REQUIREMENTS B.A/B.S. degree required; Digital Marketing, Information Sciences, or Emerging Media is preferred. 3
years of experience working with consumer-facing digital tools. Has a solid grasp of technical functionality, preferred someone with knowledge of mobile technologies IOS/Android, application interface/integration UX (mobile and web), and digital analytics. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate successfully with a diverse group of individuals, including region partners, IT teams, corporate marketing, digital experience and outside vendors, among others. Self-sufficient, organized, with ability to execute multiple projects at the same time. Effectively transfers task execution and timeline requirements. eCommerce and UI Analysis experience preferred. Understanding of the needs of a Direct Selling company, or experience working in the beauty industry preferred. Must have basic knowledge about makeup and color products.
