During a typical week you'll be responsible for following written procedures to accomplish the following:
Handling incoming orders via phone and web Processing invoices and purchase orders using Quickbooks Online Support of the leadership and sales team Assisting with marketing activities Managing accounts receivable and payables Ordering office supplies and office administrative tasks Requirements for the position:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products Experience with Quickbooks or a similar accounting software Previous experience with phone and web ordering customer support Desire to work in an office/warehouse environment with a passionate group of coffee lovers For nearly 30 years we at Daily Java have lived our vision of Building a Community One Cup at a Time by Enabling Others to Make a Difference in the World as the region's leading wholesale coffee distribution company servicing independent coffee houses and religious communities across the country.
