JOB DESCRIPTION The role of the Accounts Admin is to help grow the company through successful vendor account management, effective customer service, and general office support.
Tasks may include:
Manage assigned vendor relationships Develop strategic vendor partnerships locally and internationally Update vendor portals Source new Vendor partnerships Source compelling products to sell Work closely with co-workers, suppliers, carriers, and clients to successfully achieve goals Respond accurately and timely to internal and external information requests Track data Create reports Order processing & fulfillment Handle customer service Inventory management The ideal candidate possesses the following:
Bachelors/Associates Degree OR work-equivalent experience may be considered Account Management experience Experience in eCommerce - MUST Ambitious in nature Self-starter, proactive and takes initiative Quick study/learner Detail-oriented Highly organized and adept at time management Flexible and adaptable Strong written communication Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment Possesses tact and diplomacy Maintains discretion and trustworthiness Comfortable with technology and adept at learning new software products Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook a must Experience with ShipStation a plus English proficiency JOB TYPE:
Full Time - Hourly Non-exempt / Optional overtime may be available Availability Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM Work authorization:
