Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide support to the Lead Production Assistant, Superintendent, Foremen and Engineers.
- Publish Daily Operations Reports and track oil sales for area.
- Generate monthly production and lease operation reports; and assist in the reconciliation of production against sales.
- Work closely with Regulatory Compliance on any Regulatory and/or Safety Issues affecting assigned area.
- Manage areas purchase orders, invoice coding, well list and Google maps.
- Process and prepare pumper timesheets and invoices.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines - Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma Computer and Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills Job Type:
