Applicant must have ability for the following:
Ability to communicate with insurance companies to follow up on insurance claims.
Knowledge of EOB's, IVR and portals.
Ability to resolve 40 claims a day.
Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies Comply will all HIPAA and FDCPA guidelines Have a good work ethic and reliable transportation.
