Minimum
Qualifications:
10 years of experience building and executing scaled global sales activation/enablement programs or in direct sales to Enterprise.
Experience in operations management or vendor management.
Experience working with and presenting to executive leadership.

Qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.
Knowledge of the enterprise technology sales process.
Expertise in taking complex business challenges and/or solutions and structuring and presenting them in a way that delivers insights and is meaningful for target audience.

These services are used for creating contextual and customized assets (e.

, presentations, documents, and responses to requests, etc.
) for sales engagements.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be involved in curating assets across platforms, including first-party tools that run on Generative AI Large Language Models and third-party tools, to serve as a core knowledge hub for Google Cloud Sales teams.
You will integrate, build, and program manage a comprehensive knowledge management framework to drive target efficiencies and productivity.
You would be responsible for creating a knowledge management strategy for all Generative AI assets to drive reuse and scalability.
In addition, you will regularly interface with Google Cloud Sales stakeholders.
You will work with Security Sales leadership as a primary stakeholder.
This could expand to cover other specialist areas as needed (such as Startups, Data Analytics, and AI).
You will also partner the vendor points-of-contact and team to ensure smooth delivery on all service KPIs in line with business expectations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000

Responsibilities Manage ongoing operations of Pitch Hub and Proposal Hub and provide centralized service to Sales Specialists in North America to ensure consistent and customized messaging.
Serve as the Google Cloud point of contact and drive global knowledge management of RFx-related content on an enterprise grade Knowledge Management platform that is used to ingest and respond to RFxs and questionnaires.
Integrate, build and program manage a comprehensive Knowledge Management framework and workflow covering internal Generative AI tools to support RFxs, first-party platforms, and third-party platforms to drive target efficiencies in our workflow and productivity for sellers.
Drive a portion of service delivery for Generative AI Go-to-Market and knowledge management of Generative AI assets created (such as scripts, templates, images, videos etc.
) on in-house platforms and other applications.
