Dealership Process Consultant

We're seeking an experienced Dealership Process Consultant to work with large volume dealerships on process improvement, in both sales and fixed operations, around the Customer Experience. Must have extensive history working directly with dealership management and can demonstrate prior successes. Identified candidates will utilize Voice of Customer data and dealership observations/interviews to improve customer experiences and grow customer loyalty.
Action planning, training, and dealership follow-up visits will be required.
Candidates will be accountable for meeting dealership performance improvement targets within their assigned area. Individuals must also be computer savvy, able to travel throughout a given territory and be responsible for multiple dealerships.
Must also work with local Business Center and coordinate dealership meetings with field staff. Most important, the identified candidates must project genuine enthusiasm for the Customer and have the ability to cultivate that same passion within the dealerships they are working with.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, 10
years as a dealership Consultant focusing on customer experiences
10
years training delivery experience, both live and virtual classroom
10
years retail experience in automotive operations
Extensive experience in leading change management initiatives
Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to manage difficult situations/conversation
Strong negotiator, motivator, self-disciplined
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to Multi-Task and prioritize
Dealership financial statement expertise
Forward Thinking
Previous dealership operations experience a plus
Demonstrated training/facilitation experience
Ability to produce desired business results Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Location: Addison, TX
Position Duration: Long term Contract Position
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Flexible Spending Accounts are available.
Pay Compensation: Hourly position that will offer time and a half if overtime is worked.
