Duties: Plan, control, and manage software development projects for critical software application components for financial, banking, and payment networks processing domains. Manage entire development life cycle from project initiation to implementation and turnover using object oriented programming and agile development methodologies in Windows, UNIX, Linux and Eclipse development environment. Negotiate scope, costs, and schedule objectives with project stakeholders. Identify skill and timeframe requirements of projects, and secure required resources. Monitor results to ensure deliverables of expected quality. Manage project risks, issues and problems to ensure project goals are achieved. Schedule and assign team tasks and oversee project work of team members. Oversee software architecture and design using Java, JSP, C++, XML, HTML, JavaScript and SQL in J2EE and Web Services (WSDL, SOA) frameworks. Oversee unit testing, coding and debugging with JUnit, Java Servlets, and JSP, and configuration management with CVS and TFS. Oversee creation of Ant build scripts in Tomcat, Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
Requirements: Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS) or Engineering or related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered; or, in the alternative, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS) or Engineering or related field, plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
