The successful candidate will be responsible for document preparation and distribution, filing, inbound and outbound phone calls, correspondence via mail, fax, e-mail, telephone, coordinating office meeting and activities and perform general accounting and bookkeeping and clerical functions. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, including top executives in a high energy and fast paced environment while exercising good judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.
The ideal Administrative/Accounting Assistant candidates have 3 - 5 years' experience in business, human resources, accounting and or finance.
Requirements:

Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
Recent accounting and
Quick Books

Detailed oriented with excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Excellent follow up skills, file organization and file management.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
Perform other general office duties as requested.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
