Technical Support Analyst- Immediate Openings

is currently seeking a technical support analyst with at least
1-2 years of technical experience in a customer service role. Qualified individuals will have the opportunity to be hired on by our clients. Pay Range - $14.00 - $17.00 Plus, Immediate Benefits, Bonuses & Performance Pay incentives.
Duties include:
Reporting to our Technical Support Management Team, the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing quality service and support to our customers. This position will provide accurate and efficient communication to customers and resolution of all issues generated from customers. This position will utilize a help desk ticket system by logging, updating and closing tickets related to all issues. The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing an end-user and an internal documentation process to assist employees with solving problems and navigating the software.
Minimum job requirements:
- 1-2 years of technical experience in customer service role.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware nomenclature and definitions.
- Ability to support non-technical personnel with technical issues and the ability to explain computing concepts to users in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment with problem resolution and technical background is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with database structures and definitions (such as those used with MS SQL).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge to others
- Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self motivated & able to work independently
- Ability to fluently speak English is required.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
