TITLE: Web Analytics Developer
REQUIRED SKILLS:
4-5 year experience in web/windows application development.
3
years developing Web Applications in the .NET environment using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, ADO.NET, and Web Services.
Strong C# development skills using .Net v3.5 and 4.0 and VS 2012.
3-5 years of Web Analytics experience preferably with either Adobe and/or SiteCore with focus on tagging implementation and use of site optimization technologies and best practices etc. (Implementation Expert)
Experience in building international applications using .NET
Strong database design and SQL skills using SQL Server.
Good grasp of Object Oriented concepts, techniques and patterns
Participation in full development life cycle of product/application development.
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (Report Builder, Cognos, etc.)
Knowledge of client side Web technologies including HTML, CSS, JQUERY, CSSjQueryknockout, Javascript, XML, XSL and XPATH.
Proficient with Visio and MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
Top tier multi-channel retail experience preferred
5-7 years object oriented programming / scripting experience in Java/Jsp or similar toolset
2-3 years web analytics testing experience with focus on optimization testing tool implementation and test measurement (Adobe Test & Target or other A/B and MVT testing tool)
2-3 years of experience using Adobe Data Workbench as an analyst or administrator with focus on integrating offline data
2-3 years web analytics implementation experience setting up sites for personalized content. Experience implementing one or more of the following (Adobe Product Recommendation or similar tool)
1-2 years of experience in implementing web analytics leveraging tag management (Adobe DTM or Tealium)
2-3 years of experience database administration ( SQL Server, Oracle, MySql, other)
Skills and competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Skill in understanding and developing process flows
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be a team player with good people skills
Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
Knowledge and experience with Agile
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in technical or business analytic field (MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, etc.)
MBA or other related advanced degree, is preferred
