Summary
The Account Manager will serve as a primary liaison between agency, vendors and client while maintaining accountability for advertising support needs and account projects
Responsibilities
Ensures that all steps in the process of a project are taken care of accurately and in a timely fashion; Manages schedule of events, lead time, check lists, due dates, etc.
Interacts with media and studio daily; Informs media and studio of upcoming jobs;
Responsible for keeping up with schedules and making sure that media and studio have the necessary materials to complete their job in a timely, efficient and effective manner
Drafts client communication relating to monthly print drops
Participates in monthly calls with franchisees regarding print program
Serves as back-fill to other members of the account team when necessary
Participates in weekly status meetings; Prepares and manages call reports as necessary
Download and distribute all proofs
Proof and route vendor proof approvals
Estimate creation and delivery to client
Proof manifests and studio proofs
Manages vendor relationships to ensure all support materials relating to projects are received by the determined date and at the approved budget
Primary day to day marketing contact for client and franchisees
Provides budget management - manages client's marketing budget to prevent overspending
Qualifications Required
Bachelor degree in marketing or advertising; Must know the fundamental of marketing and advertising, preferably learned through related internships
1-4 years' experience in a related field; previous ad agency experience is a plus
Print Project Management Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge of print media
Qualifications Preferred
Competency in a bid management tools.
Google Ad Words Certified a plus

Excellent communication skills,
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, good organizational skills
Positive and willing attitude, team-oriented, and a strong desire to learn and excel
Desire to work in a very fast paced environment; Must be able to multi-task and think on the run

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
