HR Administrator - flexible schedule #6375
This is a great opportunity to work in a relaxed environment providing HR and Payroll support to temporarily replace an individual who is out for 2 or 3 months. You will be responsible for the day to day HR activities such as:
setting up / terminating employees in our payroll system, scheduling Drug and Background Screens, adding and terminating benefits, COBRA letters, fielding benefits questions, and other Human Resources duties for a small staffing company.
We are seeking someone who can provide 20-30 hours of coverage each week and have TREMENDOUS flexibility to work within your schedule.
You will need to have a broad knowledge of HR operations, benefits and payroll as an HR generalist. Certifications and degrees preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
