Account Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meeting with investors on a daily basis to build a client base
- Assisting clients in reviewing and assessing our private database of properties based upon their needs
- Analyzing valuations and rehab estimates, as well as composing real estate contracts
- Guiding investors throughout the entire investment process from purchase to exit strategy
Qualifications:
- History of success
- Sales experience and education a plus, but not required
- Competitive personality (dedicated to being number 1)
- Team player
- Good follow-up skills
- Passion for the real estate and home improvement industry
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented & eagerness to learn
- Experience working in a commission environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
